1. Use of This Website

2. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments must be booked through the online scheduling system. All psychiatric and ADHD services may be billed to insurance if verified in advance. Weight Management and Peptide Therapy services are private pay only.

3. Payment Requirements

Full payment or insurance verification is required at the time of booking. For private-pay services, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and approved financing options are accepted. Payment is non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellation fees apply according to the stated Cancellation Policy. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full prepayment for future sessions.

5. Discounts & Promotions

Only one promotional code may be used per appointment and must be applied at booking. Discounted services remain non-refundable.

6. Insurance Notice

Crowne Initiative Services is credentialed with most major insurers in Virginia for psychiatric and ADHD services. Coverage is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for verifying their benefits. Weight management and peptide services are not eligible for insurance or superbills.

7. Telehealth Services

Telehealth appointments are available to Virginia residents. Clients must be located in Virginia at the time of service. Reliable internet connection and a private, secure location are required.

8. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

All personal health information is protected under HIPAA and managed according to our Privacy & HIPAA Notice. Information will not be shared without written consent unless required by law.

9. Website Security & Electronic Communication

While secure, encrypted platforms are used, electronic communication carries inherent risks. By contacting the practice via email, forms, or telehealth, you consent to electronic communication.

10. Non-Emergency Use

This website and practice do not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

11. Service Availability & Modifications

Crowne Initiative Services reserves the right to modify services, fees, policies, or availability at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
